The HYCON HPP09 powers any 20 LPM hydraulic tool, including breakers, saws, pumps, grinders, and core drills. Its Power On Demand hydraulic throttle control automatically increases engine speed when the connected tool starts working, improving efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
The compact design makes the HPP09 easy to transport in the back of a car or van. Compared with a traditional 4 m³ compressor and breaker setup, the HPP09 and breaker combination typically costs less than half while providing comparable performance.
An integrated engine oil level alert helps protect the engine during operation. HYCON’s ring cooler provides cooling for both the hydraulic oil and engine and supports operation from desert heat to Arctic cold. The robust frame and cooler design simplify maintenance, while operators can clean the cooler with a high-pressure washer.
