The Hytech-Pommec Launch and Recovery System (LARS) supports the safe deployment and recovery of two divers during subsea operations. It transports divers to and from the subsea work site while maintaining a compact and lightweight system layout.
The system uses an A-frame with two man rider winches mounted on top. This arrangement keeps the main structure compact and supports practical operation where space and weight are important considerations.
A separate HPU skid contains two electrically driven hydraulic power units. Operators can position this skid close to the LARS to support a safe and practical working environment.
Different classification options are available, allowing the system to be supplied according to project requirements.
