26-1000 Ultra-High Pressure Regulator
The 26-1000 pressure regulator provides precise control of ultra-high pressure gases in applications with inlet pressures up to 10,000 psig / 690 bar. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the regulator combines controlled pressure reduction with accurate adjustment across a wide range of pressure settings.
The 26-1000 Series uses a standard venting design that allows controlled reduction of outlet pressure. It vents to zero psig / bar across all available pressure ranges. For applications that require a different venting arrangement, the regulator is also available with captured venting.
Its interchangeable spring and sensor system gives users flexibility when configuring the regulator for different pressure requirements. The regulator can be converted to seven different outlet pressure ranges, covering settings from 5-500 psig through to 200-10,000 psig.
Pressure Adjustment and Control
A low-torque handknob allows smooth pressure adjustment during operation, testing and calibration procedures. The regulator also uses a piston sensor and an unbalanced stem that provides positive shut-off. This design supports excellent sensitivity across a wide range of pressure settings.
Several load types are available, including Air Ratio, Dome, Bias and Wrench Adjust, allowing the 26-1000 Series to support different pressure-control configurations.
The regulator also offers multiple inlet and outlet porting options. Available port types include SAE, NPTF, MS33649, High Pressure and Medium Pressure, with 1/4 and 3/8 sizes available as specified.
Brass and Stainless Steel Configurations
The 26-1000 is available with either a 316 Stainless Steel or Brass body. Stainless steel versions support a maximum inlet pressure of 10,000 psig / 690 bar, while brass versions support up to 6000 psig / 415 bar.
Internal components include a Vespel® main valve seat, CTFE vent valve seat, Teflon® back-up rings and 300 Series Stainless Steel trim. The bonnet also uses 300 Series Stainless Steel.
