Product description
Triple Lock Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
The Triple Lock hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a cylindrical multi-place HBOT system designed for professional medical environments. Its three-compartment configuration consists of an Entrance Lock, Main Chamber 1 and Main Chamber 2, with capacity for simultaneous treatment of up to 24 patients plus attendants.
The chamber combines clinical treatment capability with advanced monitoring, redundant control systems and a flexible interior configuration for routine and intensive hyperbaric operations.
Flexible Clinical Treatment
Rectangular doors provide access for wheelchairs and stretchers, while the modular interior allows operators to switch quickly between seating and stretcher configurations. Luxury fire-retardant seating includes adjustable backrests, foldable armrests and integrated leg and foot support.
The Built-In Breathing System supports air at 21% O₂, 100% oxygen and optional Heliox. Operators can manage simultaneous gas switching per chamber, while masks and hood tents can operate at the same time.
An overboard exhaust system directs exhaled gas outside the building. Safety regulators help prevent excessive negative pressure, while fully oxygen-compatible materials and rigid oxygen piping support safe operation.
Advanced Control and Monitoring
A central ergonomic control console with PLC and HMI touchscreen gives operators access to real-time pressure profiles and chamber parameter visualization. The system supports fully automatic, semi-automatic and fully manual operation.
Computer-controlled pressurization and depressurization operate alongside manual pressure control valves, independent pressure gauges for each compartment and emergency exhaust valves for rapid depressurization. A secondary pressure control system also supports full manual operation when required.
Continuous O₂ and CO₂ monitoring helps maintain controlled chamber conditions. Automatic flushing with adjustable rates supports atmosphere management, while the system automatically shuts off oxygen if O₂ levels exceed 23%. Visual and acoustic alarms provide additional warning during unsafe conditions.
The system also includes an operator presence safety check every three minutes, with automatic depressurization if the operator fails to respond.
Patient Comfort and Observation
The chamber environment is designed to support patient comfort throughout extended treatment sessions. Individual reading lights are fitted at each seat, while LED chamber lighting offers dimming and low heat emission.
Heating and cooling are controlled through heat exchangers in each main chamber, a chiller system and a hot water heating system. Controlled temperature fluctuation limits help maintain a stable internal environment, while silenced climate-control housings and low-noise gas inlet and exhaust systems reduce disturbance.
Large viewports improve visibility between patients and operators. A nine-camera observation system provides additional visual monitoring throughout the chamber.
Internal information panels display time, remaining session time, pressure, temperature and mask on/off status, giving occupants clear information during treatment.
Communication and System Integration
Two-way communication operates in all compartments through an integrated intercom, speakers and microphones. A fully independent battery-powered backup communication system provides additional redundancy.
The chamber also includes an entertainment system with USB and SD support. Medical-grade penetrators provide dedicated interfaces for gas, power and monitoring equipment.
Integrated Safety and Redundancy
The chamber incorporates a certified hyperbaric water fire suppression system with sprinklers and portable extinguishers inside the chamber. The fire system supports redundant activation from both inside the chamber and the control console.
During a fire event, the system automatically switches from oxygen to air. The fire safety system complies with EN 16081.
Primary low-pressure and secondary high-pressure air supply systems provide further operational redundancy. Automatic emergency switchover allows the backup air system to take over when required, while the available air reserves support extended emergency operation. Breathing air quality complies with EN 12021.
Data Logging and Traceability
The system supports full treatment session logging for pressure profiles, gas concentrations, temperature, humidity and session timing. Operators can review this information through graphical and numerical displays.
All compartments can be monitored simultaneously, giving the control team a complete overview of chamber conditions and treatment progress.
Compliance and Certification
The system is designed to comply with MDR 2017/745 for medical devices, PED 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment, EN 14931 for PVHO requirements, EN 16081 for fire safety and EN 12021 for breathing air quality.
Viewports comply with ASME-PVHO-1. The chamber carries CE marking for the EU and is supported by an ISO 13485 certified quality management system.
