Product description

ULB-362 Emergency Beacon

The ULB-362 emergency beacon is a compact and cost-effective underwater locator designed for full ocean-depth operations. It provides reliable acoustic signalling for equipment recovery and emergency location tasks. Its compact size makes it ideal for applications where installation space is limited.

The beacon is available in 27 kHz, 37 kHz and 45 kHz frequency options. Therefore, users can select the version that best matches their application. It transmits a continuous acoustic signal for up to 90 days, allowing recovery teams to locate underwater equipment quickly and accurately.

The lightweight design makes installation simple on remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and other subsea equipment. In addition, the rugged housing withstands harsh underwater environments and supports reliable long-term operation. The beacon performs consistently during offshore inspections, scientific surveys, subsea construction projects and equipment recovery missions. As a result, operators can rely on accurate acoustic signalling throughout extended deployments.

The ULB-362 emergency beacon is widely used by commercial diving companies, offshore contractors, defence organisations and marine research teams. It helps recover valuable underwater equipment, mark subsea assets and improve operational safety. Furthermore, the beacon serves as a direct replacement for the Benthos ELP-362A. This compatibility allows operators to upgrade existing systems without changing established procedures or equipment layouts.

Whether supporting ROV operations, protecting subsea assets or assisting underwater recovery missions, the ULB-362 emergency beacon delivers dependable acoustic performance and long battery life. It provides an efficient solution for demanding underwater environments where reliability is essential.
