The Communicator 2006F Electret is a portable communication device for use by a breathing apparatus technician and operator. The system uses a 6-channel Communicator type 2006 and allows up to six workers to communicate with the operator through a single communication unit.
The Electret version provides six individual communication channels. In addition, each channel has its own independent input volume control. Therefore, the operator can adjust the incoming volume for each worker separately. This individual adjustment makes it possible to control each of the six communication inputs without changing the volume level of the other channels.
