Single Line Air Supply System
The single line air system provides a complete and robust solution for air supply when used in combination with a mask. The system uses a newly developed compact frame and was developed in response to increasing demand for a simple and reliable single line setup.
The frame includes one High Pressure connection as standard. A second High Pressure connection is also available at additional cost. In addition, the system provides three single line connections, with each connection equipped with its own shut-off valve. Therefore, the operator can control each of the three single line connections individually.
Pressure Control and Monitoring
The system includes both a High Pressure gauge and a Low Pressure gauge, each with a diameter of 63 mm. Furthermore, separate High Pressure and Low Pressure alarms provide additional pressure monitoring within the system.
An HT4440 adjustable reducer controls the outlet pressure. The reducer includes a safety valve and allows the outlet pressure to be adjusted between 6 and 15 bar. Meanwhile, the system supports a maximum inlet pressure of 200 bar.
Together, the pressure gauges, alarms, individual shut-off valves and adjustable reducer provide a clear arrangement for controlling and monitoring the air supply.
Compact and Robust Frame
The complete frame measures 440 mm wide, 500 mm long and 270 mm high. Its approximate weight is 13 kg.
The compact frame keeps the main air supply components together in one unit. At the same time, the three individually controlled single line connections provide separate outlets from the same system.
Use with Mask and Escape Cylinder
The single line air system is designed for use in combination with a mask. In addition, operators can combine the system with an escape cylinder to provide extra safety and flexibility during critical operations.
The standard configuration combines one High Pressure connection, three individually controlled single line connections, High Pressure and Low Pressure monitoring, and an adjustable pressure reducer in one compact frame. For configurations that require an additional High Pressure connection, a second connection is available at additional cost.
Overall, the system provides a straightforward single line air supply arrangement with adjustable outlet pressure, individual outlet control and dedicated High Pressure and Low Pressure monitoring.
