Y-Manifold Airtech-Block

The Y-Manifold Airtech-Block is a stainless steel air distribution block for use with the APS helmet. It forms part of the breathing air and life support system and brings several independent air supplies together in one compact manifold.

The block includes independent connections for the umbilicals. This keeps the main breathing air supplies separate at the manifold and provides a clear connection point close to the wearer.

In addition, the Airtech-Block includes a dedicated supply from the egress cylinder. This connection gives the breathing system access to the separate egress air supply.

Additional Air Supply Connection

The manifold also provides one connection for a third air supply. This connection sits alongside the umbilical and egress supply connections within the same distribution block.
