The 449-254 high purity regulator provides reliable pressure control for high-flow specialty gas applications. It supports bulk specialty gas delivery systems (BSGS) where accurate gas regulation and clean operation are essential.
This regulator handles high-pressure gas supply requirements with excellent stability. It manages inlet pressures up to 1500 psig / 103 bar and controls outlet pressures up to 400 psig / 27.6 bar. The 449-254 high purity regulator features a Cv rating of 1.0, which allows efficient high-flow gas delivery. The regulator also uses a 10 Ra surface finish to support high purity standards and reduce the risk of contamination in sensitive gas systems. For applications that require additional material resistance, users can select Hastelloy® trim for improved compatibility with challenging gases.
