The AS4005 OXY-COMPACT pressure reducer is specifically designed for use in high pressure oxygen systems and is completely built up of oxygen compatible materials. This reducer has been successfully tested for burn-out safety according to DIN EN ISO 10524-1:2019 Chapter 8.7.

The AS4005 OXY-COMPACT pressure reducer is specifically designed for high-pressure oxygen systems and consists entirely of oxygen-compatible materials. Its compact, lightweight design supports panel mounting or direct connection to a high-pressure oxygen cylinder.
The pressure reducer provides a high flow rate and reliable operation without freezing. BAM in Berlin, Germany, tested the unit for burn-out safety under reference 20009664. Tracking is also applicable.
The AS4005 measures 146 x 62 x 62 mm and weighs 2.15 kg. It supports a maximum inlet pressure of 220 bar, while the outlet pressure is adjustable from 5 to 30 bar.
