The HYCON SawEZ guide rail is a high-performance cutting system designed to reduce physical effort when cutting reinforced concrete and other tough materials. It supports precise, consistent horizontal and vertical cuts in concrete, brick, and similar dense materials.
The adaptable system works with HYCON HCS16, HCS18, HCS20, HPS12, and HRS400 saws. Its innovative adaptor lets operators switch between HYCON cut-off and ring saws, making both shallow and deep cuts on the same rail system.
For multi-depth cutting, start with a 16″ cut-off saw for a preliminary 187 mm cut, then switch to a ring saw for depths up to 300 mm. The HRS12 can reach a depth of up to 630 mm.
The standard rail length is 200 cm with an effective cutting length of 177 cm. A remote trigger is included.
